The Cullen Harbour Association was formed with one main objective: to ensure that Cullen Harbour is maintained and developed as a key community asset, providing facilities for both boat owners and the public. They work closely with the 3-Harbours Association which represents the interests of the harbours at Cullen, Portknockie and Findochty.
