Cullen Harbour Association

The Cullen Harbour Association was formed with one main objective: to ensure that Cullen Harbour is maintained and developed as a key community asset, providing facilities for both boat owners and the public. They work closely with the Three Harbours Association which represents the interests of the harbours at Cullen, Portknockie and Findochty.

If you are either a boat owner with a berth in Cullen, or just wish to take an active role in helping formulate the future development of this wonderful community asset, please register your interest with any member of the Association.

Cullen Sea School - a Three Harbours Association Initiative

The Three Harbours Association (3HA) is a registered charity (SC042834) representing Cullen, Portknockie and Findochty.  Its principal aims, with the co-operation of Moray Council, are to help develop and maximise the recreational, educational and tourist potential of the 3 historic former fishing harbours and surrounding coastline for all local residents and those who visit.

The Cullen Sea School is the first major project by the Three Harbours Association.
